Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our organization’s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) strategies, operations, and infrastructure. As the CTO, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing technology initiatives that align with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive ICT strategies, policies, and plans to support the organization’s operational goals.
  • Analyze information needs and recommend technology solutions to meet those needs effectively.
  • Oversee the acquisition, development, maintenance, and utilization of computer and telecommunication systems within the organization.
  • Direct the selection and installation of ICT resources, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Direct ICT operations, setting priorities between system developments, maintenance, and day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure the security of ICT systems through robust measures and proactive risk management.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the ICT team, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the ICT department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to align ICT initiatives with overall business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the organization’s ICT assets.

Skill & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar executive-level technology leadership role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of current and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
