I am working as a Senior registerd in Surgical ward,Prime Hospital , Dubai from 2016 till the date.Managing both adult and pediatric patients after sugeries. Maintaing good interpersonal relationship with patients and families. Providing pre and post operative care to the patients. Managing all medical emergencies and post opertive complications during the shift. Maintain patients confidentiality, team building, quality improvements in the unit. Pain management according to pain scale. Act as a mentor for new joinees and maintain their records. Act as an infection control link nurse, follow and monitor hand hygiene strict aseptic dressing. Monitor and prevent surgical site infection stricg handhygeliene and infection control measures. Report to line manager as per the need.

Administration of blood and blood products. Calculate and prepare inotrops and high alert medications. Ventilator care, suctioning, weaning and extubation procrdures. Care of aterial line and central line,ABG monitoring and replacing medications as needed. Encourage and support for nutrition, ambulation, chest physiotherapy and activities of daily living.
